Raye Mitchell, Esq., the CEO and founder of The Winning Edge Institute, B-Corp, Inc, is a respected and award winning CEO and humanitarian, known for her track record of success, unyielding respect and advocacy for young women and girls and women and girls of color, her fierce passion for winning, and unrestrainable commitment to change the world to support to women and girls to rise-up and take charge. Serving as the Chief Learning Officer and Dean of Executive Leadership Development at the Winning Edge Institute.
She is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business (MBA degree) and the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy (B.S.) Ms. Mitchell is an author, persuasion and influencer coach, experienced mediator, arbitrator, and an expert in training in negotiations, conflict resolution, and bridge building. Committed to humanitarian works focused on equality and community activism, Ms. Mitchell is the founder of the New Reality Foundation, Inc., a 501 c(3) tax-exempt organization supporting young women and girls. Ms. Mitchell is a nominee for a 2016 White House Champion of Change for Extracurricular Enrichment for Marginalized Girls award, recipient of The Jefferson Award for Public Service, and other acknowledgments for her commitment to humanitarian works. She is a native of Los Angeles, California.
